SQA ACT 2010 PROVISION ON REGISTRATION OF PROVIDERS
All PSET Providers whether inside or outside of Samoa wishing to offer PSET activities are required under the newly enacted Samoa Qualifications Authority 2010 to be registered following certain criteria’s.

There are currently 29 providers listed with the SQA.  27 out of 29 PSET providers operating in Samoa are registered as Formal PSET Providers.

BENEFITS OF REGISTRATION

  1. Mark of quality as PSET provider
  2. Confirmation that PSET Providers operate on quality systems and processes
  3. Affirmation that the organisation has the capability to provide quality PSET and can set itself up as a legitimate Provider in Samoa
  4. It is the first step to Programme Accreditation process resulting in the registration of their qualifications of the SQF and assisting provider programems to be recognised internationally.
