Call for Applications: Members of Trades Sector Standards Development Panel
Individuals who meet the following selection criteria are invited to apply to be
a member of the Standards Development Panel that will work with a consultant to
develop National Competency Standards for the following trades:

Motor/Automotive Mechanic
-
Electrical
-
Fitting & Machining
-
Plumbing
-
Carpentry & Joinery
-
Welding & Fabrication
-
Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Selection Criteria:
1.
Appropriate advanced educational qualifications
2.
Experience in development of competency standards or curriculum in one of the
specified Trades
3.
At
least 5 years recent training experience within at least one of the specified
Trades
4.
At
least 5 years recent experience working in at least one of the specified Trades
5.
Proven ability to facilitate and deliver effective training activities for
groups of people
6.
Proven ability to communicate and develop good working relationships with
different groups and individuals
