  5. 5. The President of the Samoa Association of Manufacturers and Exporters
  6. 6. The President of the Samoa Chamber of Commerce
  7. 7. One person appointed by the Minister to represent the National University of Samoa
  8. 8. One person appointed by the Minister to represent the Non-Government Schools and institutions      and
  9. 9. The Chief Executive Officer of the Authority.
